Greg Lutvey

Greg Lutvey joined R.A. Solicitors in 2015 and brings a comprehensive legal background with a Bachelor of Laws and Criminology, along with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Griffith University. He leads the firm’s criminal law practice, possessing extensive experience across all jurisdictions. Greg has achieved successful outcomes in the Magistrates Court, District and Supreme Courts, and has also instructed Counsel in the Court of Appeal. In addition to his criminal law work, Greg has considerable experience dealing with Family Law, Domestic Violence, and Estate matters, providing clients with knowledgeable and strategic support in these areas.
