About Rachael
Rachael Miller was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 1987. She is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance and focuses her practice exclusively on insurance litigation. With extensive experience acting for both statutory and general insurers, as well as national companies that are self-insured or maintain significant retentions, Rachael is well-versed in managing complex claims and litigation matters. Beyond litigation, she provides her clients with practical advice and delivers in-house training to assist with legislative developments and current industry challenges. Rachael is also an Accredited Personal Injury Specialist recognised by the Queensland Law Society. She actively contributes to the profession as a member of the Litigation Rules Committee, Accident Compensation and Tort Law Committee, and the Compulsory Professional Development Committee. She is particularly knowledgeable in indemnity, liability issues, and catastrophic claims, regularly advising clients in these areas.
