Justin Beirne has extensive experience in compulsory third party (CTP) insurance litigation, professional indemnity insurance disputes, and general insurance public liability claims. He regularly handles complex matters, including those involving allegations of fraud and catastrophic injuries. Justin also contributes to the development of legal strategies and best practices through his role in an in-house focus group for a CTP insurer. In this capacity, he assists with training, file assessment, and quantum and reserves planning.
