About Angela
Angela is a registered migration agent (RMA: 9256542) and a consultant to Pryor Tzannes & Wallis, specialising in immigration law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong, a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney (Barrister’s Admission Board), and is a non-practising barrister. In 1990, Angela became the first Australian-born Chinese woman to be admitted to the Bar. With over three decades of experience, Angela has provided immigration advice to individuals and businesses since 1988. She was one of the first people registered under the migration agent licensing program in 1992, following her role as an accredited business migration agent for the Department of Immigration & Ethnic Affairs. Angela's dedication to the migration field is reflected in her leadership roles, including past National and NSW/ACT President and Chairman of the Board for the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), where she was also granted Life Membership. Her expertise encompasses all areas of immigration law, including appeals and compliance. Angela's deep involvement in government consultations and her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including the Government Relations Practitioner (In-House) Award and Honorary Membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society. Her oral history is preserved in the National Library of Australia. Angela remains dedicated to delivering comprehensive and high-quality immigration services to her clients.
