Angela Garner practices from our Sydney CBD office, bringing extensive experience in all facets of deceased estates. She regularly advises and assists executors and beneficiaries, managing matters that range from straightforward estate administrations to complex probate disputes involving contested wills. Angela’s background includes valuable experience with the NSW Trustee & Guardian, equipping her to handle estates where there is no will, defective or informal wills, or even where only a copy of the will is available. She is adept at managing sensitive situations, such as applications for appointment of an attorney or removing an executor when necessary. Her skills extend to representing clients in contested probate applications before the Supreme Court of New South Wales, providing clear guidance on the likely outcomes and strategies for resolving disputes efficiently. Whether dealing with a modest estate or a multi-million dollar estate litigation matter, Angela approaches each case with a focus on achieving timely and effective outcomes that minimise stress for her clients during difficult times. Angela holds admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and is a member of the Law Society of NSW. She has completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a Diploma in Law, a Master of Commerce (Honours) specialising in Marketing and Strategic Management, and a Bachelor of Arts, all from the University of Sydney.
