From an early age, Tim was determined to pursue a career in law, finding the personal injury field to be a natural fit given his commitment to advocating for those who have been harmed through no fault of their own. His family background, with grandparents who immigrated from Italy, instilled in him a strong appreciation for the hard work and dedication required to support a family, which drives his passion for representing injured clients with care and determination. Tim has gained valuable experience working at two of Victoria’s largest personal injury firms, where he developed a deep understanding of how to achieve favourable outcomes efficiently for clients. His approach balances rigorous legal advocacy with personalised service, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their claims. In addition to his legal career, Tim has held leadership roles beyond the legal sector, including serving as a Director of The Ace Foundation, a non-for-profit charity, and as a Deputy Mayor. These roles reflect his commitment to community service and leadership. Together with co-founder John, Tim established Prime Injury Lawyers to combine their collective expertise of over 35 years in personal injury law.
