Sanju is the Principal and ILP Director, as well as the founder of Prestige Property Lawyers. With over two decades dedicated to the field of property conveyancing, Sanju offers a breadth of expertise and an authentic enthusiasm for the discipline. He laid his educational foundation with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and commenced his practical legal training in late 1999 at Attwood Marshall Lawyers, focusing on property and conveyancing. Sanju is a Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and complements his legal qualifications with a Diploma in Finance Broking and Mortgage Management. Having grown up in Broadbeach since 1995, Sanju possesses a deep-rooted commitment to property matters on the Gold Coast. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 10,000 property conveyancing transactions, successfully assisting upwards of 8,000 satisfied clients.
