Christopher Saunders is a founding director of Precision Legal, where he practises within the corporate and commercial law team. With a background that spans residential and commercial mortgage lending, possession of land proceedings, debt recovery, and commercial leasing, Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of property law and commercial practice to his clients. He regularly represents individuals and businesses before courts and tribunals across South Australia and Commonwealth jurisdictions. Chris possesses broad expertise in property law matters, including advising on development sites, negotiating property transactions, managing licences and easements, and handling commercial leasing arrangements. Notably, he has played a key role in facilitating large-scale residential property developments and high-value commercial property dealings within Adelaide and its suburbs.
