Ash Bidhendi

Ash Bidhendi is a founding director of Precision Legal, practising across the wills and estates team and the criminal law team, with a focus on wills, estates, probate matters, civil litigation, and criminal law. Admitted as a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, Ash began his legal career in criminal and disciplinary law. Throughout this time, he gained extensive advocacy experience in various South Australian courts and disciplinary tribunals, working closely with senior barristers and experts on serious criminal matters. This background has equipped Ash with strong skills in client advocacy, complex litigation management, and collaboration with industry professionals to secure favourable outcomes. Beyond his legal practice, Ash is committed to community service and access to justice. He has supported charities such as the Childhood Cancer Association Incorporated through their bequest programs, participated in ‘Wills Day’ events assisting charitable organisations, and provided mentorship to law students via the Flinders University Transactional Legal Practice Mentoring Scheme.
