Gary Nicholas

After completing his clerkship with Madden Butler Elder & Graham, he was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in Victoria in March 1987. Beginning his practice in Horsham, Gary's career has since spanned several regions. He served as the president of the Wimmera Law Association from 1991 to 1992 and was a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Council in 1991. His practice then took him to Maryborough in Central Victoria where he honed his skills for six years before returning to Horsham in 1998. With over 27 years at Power & Bennett, Gary has developed considerable expertise in wills, estate planning, and administration. His competence extends to commercial and property law, conveyancing, organising retirement arrangements for farmers, handling business transfers, and managing commercial leases.
