Tristan Portelli is a lawyer with over 10 years’ experience collaborating with some of Australia’s largest builders and developers. He has developed a broad expertise in the complexities of housing and land contracts, gained through his involvement in a variety of property law matters. Tristan’s experience encompasses property purchases, land subdivision and development, construction contracts, property investigation due diligence, and the preparation of both residential and commercial contracts of sale. Committed to providing clear and practical advice, Tristan focuses on delivering straightforward solutions tailored to his clients’ specific property requirements. He prioritises transparent communication to ensure his clients fully understand their options and is dedicated to exceeding their expectations by fostering strong relationships and achieving successful outcomes. Tristan holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
