Nafisa Ferdousy

Nafisa Ferdousy is a solicitor at Playfair, bringing a strong commitment to migration law and human rights. Nafisa holds law and commerce degrees from Macquarie University and is dedicated to advancing her career as a practising solicitor and advocate. As a first-generation Bangladeshi Australian, Nafisa’s own migration experience informs her empathetic and determined approach to supporting clients through the complexities of migration law. She consistently strives to help individuals and families access new opportunities through effective legal guidance. Prior to joining Playfair, Nafisa gained experience in criminal law, where she remained focused on representing and supporting her community. Her enthusiasm for human rights and her proactive problem-solving abilities make her a valued member of the Playfair team. Outside of work, Nafisa enjoys watching horror films and exploring the city’s diverse restaurant offerings.
