Will Elder

Will Elder has been a partner at Phillips & Wilkins since 2019, bringing a wealth of experience across a broad commercial practice. He advises clients on business acquisitions and sales, commercial agreements, commercial and retail leasing, and commercial litigation. Will is passionate about guiding clients through commercial matters of all kinds and is particularly skilled at cutting through the complexity to focus on the key issues that matter most. Will began his career with Phillips & Wilkins in 2013, shortly after graduating from Monash University. His academic background includes studying law in the Netherlands and completing an honours degree in arts with a major in anthropology. Outside of his professional work, Will enjoys playing hockey at Toorak East Malvern Hockey Club, collecting vinyl records, and spending quality time with his friends and growing family.
