Richard Pinkstone

Richard Pinkstone joined the firm in 2023 and has been a practicing solicitor since his admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2004. He brings a broad range of experience across general practice, with a genuine focus on aligning legal strategies to his clients’ objectives. Richard’s background encompasses litigation, property law, commercial projects, business law, as well as wills and estates. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time at Skenes Creek beach, where he engages in bodyboard surfing, gardening, and relaxing with his young family.
