Jaime Ashworth

Admitted to practice in 2018, Jaime possesses a robust educational background, having completed a Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice combined with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) at Flinders University in South Australia. Jaime began her legal career supporting a team of senior lawyers in areas encompassing estate planning, commercial, superannuation, and trust law. However, it was her discovery of a keen interest in succession law that defined her professional trajectory, leading her to focus exclusively on wills and estates. Jaime excels in crafting succession planning strategies that align with her clients' unique needs and objectives. She brings a wealth of experience in probate and estate administration, adeptly handling a variety of matters from non-standard grant applications and complex estate administration to family provision claims and estate administration disputes. Her skill set reflects both a deep understanding of legal intricacies and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for her clients. In pursuit of further legal acumen, Jaime is currently enhancing her expertise by undertaking a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a major in Wills and Estates at the College of Law. Outside the legal arena, Jaime enjoys the company of her partner, Jake, and their border collie puppy, Archie. Her personal interests include cooking and long-distance running, activities that provide a perfect balance to her professional life.
