David Peaston

David Peaston is the principal of Peaston Legal Pty. Ltd. and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. With extensive commercial experience, David has owned and managed a variety of medium and small businesses across sectors including manufacturing, boutique hospitality, and retail. His involvement has also extended to serving on boards of industry and government authorities, providing him with valuable insights into governance and regulatory matters. Based in Sydney’s northern suburbs and northern beaches, David works closely with individuals and families across a broad range of legal matters. He is known for his attention to detail and pragmatic approach, focusing on achieving sound commercial outcomes while managing costs effectively. Outside of his legal practice, David is highly active in his community as a surf lifesaver and masters surf boat rower with Warriewood Surf Life Saving Club. He also pursues a lifelong passion for snow skiing as a member of the Southern Alps Ski Club in New South Wales.
