Elizabeth Bedford

Elizabeth is an esteemed family law practitioner in Sydney, celebrated for her extensive expertise and commitment to her clients. She has been highlighted in Doyle’s 2025 Guide to the Australian Legal Market as a recommended family and divorce lawyer as well as a leading authority in Parenting and Children’s Matters in New South Wales. Her practice covers a wide spectrum of family law issues, ranging from complex financial disputes and appellate work to intricate parenting conflicts, international relocations, child abduction under the Hague Convention, and serious allegations of family violence. Elizabeth’s courtroom presence is marked by her role as a Solicitor Advocate, often serving as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
