About Bradley
Bradley Cunningham was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1983. With a lengthy legal career, Bradley has extensive experience in commercial law, litigation, family law and property law. In 2011, Bradley and Glenn Harvey acquired Pearce Webster Dugdales, a well-established legal firm, where he served as a partner until his retirement from partnership on 1 July 2024. He continues his association with the firm in the role of Senior Lawyer, providing valued legal expertise. Prior to this, Bradley was a partner at Howie and Maher solicitors for 17 years, where he practised broadly in litigation, family law and property law. Among a select group of lawyers in Victoria, Bradley has achieved accreditation in commercial litigation, reflecting his deep knowledge and capability in this area. Outside of his legal career, Bradley actively engages in sports, including ice hockey, tennis and golf. He has held leadership roles such as Chair of the Victorian Ice Hockey Association’s Disciplinary Tribunal and President of the Elwood Park Tennis Club Inc. Bradley also enjoys playing golf at the Flinders Golf Club.
