Constantine Paxinos

Constantine Paxinos is the Managing Director of PAX Migration Australia, where he focuses on employer sponsored work visas and corporate immigration services. With extensive experience in Australian immigration law and policy, Con offers businesses practical advice on leveraging immigration frameworks to address workforce needs and skill shortages. Con is widely regarded within the immigration advice sector, frequently presenting at industry conferences and professional development seminars. He also conducts training sessions for HR managers on immigration compliance and delivers ongoing education to immigration practitioners. His involvement in professional leadership includes his recent roles as National Vice President and South Australian State President of the Migration Institute of Australia. In these roles, he actively engaged with government ministers, senior officials, and other key stakeholders to advocate for improved immigration policies, particularly those benefiting employers and migrants in regional Australia. Con also played a key role in developing South Australia’s first Designated Area Migration Agreement in collaboration with state government officials. Con’s career is marked by a range of leadership positions within the Migration Institute of Australia, including chairing advisory panels on temporary visas and regional migration. He has provided expert testimony to parliamentary committees on migration matters and has served on statewide advisory councils related to innovation and skills development. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce. Con is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand. In recognition of his significant contributions to the profession and community, he was awarded Fellowship of the Migration Institute of Australia in 2025.
