Colin Patino

Colin Patino is a seasoned solicitor with extensive experience in compensation claims, having honed his skills in both the United Kingdom and Australia. After starting his legal career in London, Colin moved to Queensland in 1997, where he brought his expertise to several leading law firms in the CBD, focusing primarily on compensation claims and representing many of the major insurance companies. In 2003, Colin established his own practice, bringing his substantial knowledge of personal injury law to the fore. His dual perspective, gained from representing both plaintiffs and defendants, provides him with a unique understanding of how defendants strategize their cases. This insight is complemented by his considerable litigation experience, which includes setting influential case precedents in the Supreme Court of Queensland that have been adopted by larger personal injury firms nationwide.
