Leanne Mastrofilippo

Leanne Mastrofilippo has been practising law since 2002, with over 15 years dedicated exclusively to Family Law. She has developed extensive experience working with some of Sydney’s leading Property and Family Law firms, handling complex property settlements, high-conflict parenting disputes, child support matters, spouse maintenance, and representing third parties involved in Family Law proceedings. Leanne’s practice is focused on providing strategic legal advice tailored to the unique circumstances of each client. She approaches matters with compassion and empathy, recognising both the emotional and legal challenges that often arise in Family Law cases. In addition to Family Law, Leanne advises clients on estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianships, ensuring clients’ wishes are respected in situations involving illness or incapacity. She is an active member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
