Navjot Pannu

Navjot Singh is the Principal Lawyer and Notary Public of his own practice, bringing a diverse professional background to his legal career. Arriving in Australia on a student visa in 1999, Navjot initially completed a Bachelor of Computer Science and gained valuable experience working with prominent government departments and financial institutions, including the Australian Taxation Office, Westpac Banking Corporation, and Citibank. In 2008, Navjot transitioned into the legal profession by enrolling in a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry), which he completed in 2013. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in the same year. Further enhancing his expertise, Navjot holds a Master of Applied Law in Family Law from the College of Law. Prior to establishing his own firm in 2015, Navjot gained experience working with respected law firms in Sydney and Parramatta, handling a broad range of legal matters. His practice now focuses primarily on Family Law and Criminal Law, where he represents clients in complex cases before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia. Navjot also regularly appears in the Local Court of NSW, District Court, and Supreme Court of NSW, advocating across a wide spectrum of legal issues. In addition to his principal areas of practice, Navjot has provided legal assistance in Migration, Employment, Debt Recovery, Conveyancing, and Property Law matters. Known for his approachable manner and professional approach, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services at affordable rates. Since 2022, his caseload has increasingly involved complex Family Law and serious Criminal Law matters. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Navjot is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, actively contributing to the legal profession and community.
