Julie Quan

Julie is the Managing Partner at Pancific Legal and has been practising as a solicitor since her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015. Her experience primarily encompasses commercial and property law, including business acquisitions, commercial and retail leases, mortgage and loan arrangements, and a broad spectrum of commercial contracts. One of Julie’s notable commercial engagements involved the transaction of a shopping centre valued at over $100 million, a deal that received coverage in the Australian Financial Review. She regularly undertakes complex negotiations with local councils and public authorities, assisting developers and landowners with site development, strata scheme alterations, and lease arrangements. Julie and her team frequently manage interstate conveyancing transactions across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania. Their practice covers a range of property types such as existing dwellings, vacant land, off-the-plan purchases, and building contracts. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Julie combines her language skills with strong interpersonal communication to provide clear explanations of complex legal issues. This skillset has allowed her to build a solid client base within the Chinese community as well as among clients from Thailand, Japan, and Korea. Julie's leadership and organisational abilities have been evident from an early age, having contributed as an organiser and master of ceremonies in numerous school events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Baptist University of Hong Kong and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales.
