Lachlan Legal

Lachlan Palmos is the Principal of Palmos Legal, bringing extensive experience in property law, insolvency, and commercial disputes. He graduated with honours from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle and was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2013. Before founding Palmos Legal in 2018, Lachlan gained valuable experience over several years working at a well-regarded boutique commercial law firm in West Perth, followed by a role at the Perth office of a leading national law firm. He regularly appears as counsel in various Western Australian courts and tribunals, representing a diverse client base that includes some of the state’s largest private schools, major insurance companies, residential and commercial construction businesses, as well as law firms and accounting practices. Lachlan is committed to contributing to the community through his ongoing pro bono work. Since 2019, he has served as Chairman of the Western Australian Suburban Turf Cricket Association Tribunal. Additionally, he participates in several Legal Aid Commission panels and has experience lecturing and tutoring law at the University of Western Australia and Central Queensland University.
