Rolf is the Chief Executive Officer of Owen Hodge Lawyers, a role he has diligently performed while also maintaining an active legal practice since commencing his legal career in 1986. With over three decades of experience, Rolf became a partner at Owen Hodge Lawyers in 1992, marking the beginning of a distinguished leadership and legal journey. Rolf's practice is centred around providing strategic legal guidance to clients who seek to manage their legal responsibilities and capitalise on opportunities for a competitive edge. He is well-versed in business planning and formation, directors’ duties, corporate governance, fundraising, and business succession. Rolf demonstrates a keen interest in collaborating with business owners and their financial advisers to devise and execute strategies aimed at constructing robust businesses and facilitating their eventual exit. Furthermore, Rolf brings substantial expertise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His extensive involvement with cases includes representing insurers, engaging in significant commercial litigation proceedings, and advising on asset protection and business development strategies. Rolf also extends his advisory services to private companies, assisting with strategic decision-making, planning, and implementation. Academically, Rolf holds degrees in Law and Economics, supplemented by a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Master of Financial Planning. His commitment to education and professional development is highlighted by his membership with the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
