Emma Youdale

Emma Youdale is an Associate at O’Sullivan Legal, bringing a comprehensive legal education and practical experience to her role. She holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Master of Laws (Applied Law) from the College of Law. Emma is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Emma’s approach to legal practice is informed by her training as a Collaborative Professional and her accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She has also completed specialised training in family violence and trauma, including AVERT Family Violence and DOORS programs through the Australian Institute of Social Relations. Before joining O’Sullivan Legal, Emma gained valuable experience working as a paralegal in community legal centres and services. There, she supported vulnerable and marginalised individuals, often assisting clients in crisis and facilitating alternative dispute resolution processes. This background enables Emma to handle legal matters with both empathy and practical insight, ensuring her clients receive thoughtful and effective assistance.
