Tim Osborn

Tim Osborn is a seasoned legal practitioner who brings extensive expertise in business law to his clients. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle, he has been a qualified solicitor since 2004. Before establishing Osborn Law in January 2011, Tim honed his skills as an Associate leading the business and corporate team at a prominent Newcastle law firm, where he focused on commercial transactions and litigation. Tim is adept at advising clients across a variety of sectors, including building, mining, and hospitality. His proficiency spans the development and negotiation of comprehensive supply and procurement contracts, as well as the intricacies of software and intellectual property licensing. Clients frequently seek his guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, along with navigating complex Corporations Act issues.
