Aaron O’Rourke B.E., LL.B. (Hons) brings a comprehensive range of experience to his role as Principal Solicitor, particularly in Conveyancing, Property, Strata, and Family Law. He is committed to managing your legal matters with professionalism while ensuring an approachable and accessible service, reflecting the values of a small firm. As the primary contact for contract reviews, Aaron guides clients through the process of purchasing property, offering clear advice and support through to the exchange of contracts. For vendors, he negotiates contract terms in collaboration with their agents and liaises with prospective buyers and their legal representatives. Aaron often facilitates the exchange of contracts before transferring the file to conveyancing specialist Sarah Doyle for completion. In addition to property-related work, Aaron collaborates with solicitor Julia Scully on Wills and Probate, Leasing, Transfer, and Family Law matters, ensuring comprehensive support across these areas. Outside of his legal practice, Aaron enjoys enhancing his golf and tennis skills, as well as attending dinners and theatre outings.
