Katrina Oner

Katrina has practised exclusively in family and de facto relationship law since her admission as a Solicitor in 1999. With over two decades of experience, she has developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of family law, focusing particularly on complex property settlements and children’s issues. Throughout her career, Katrina has shared her expertise by presenting relationship breakdown seminars across Queensland and contributing articles to both legal and general publications. She is also a frequent guest speaker on 4BC 1116AM radio, where her accessible yet insightful commentary on family law matters resonates strongly with listeners. In July 2012, Katrina founded Oner Family Law, a boutique practice committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients navigating family law matters. Prior to establishing her own firm, she gained valuable experience working in a major city law firm and later led a family law practice as a Partner at a mid-sized city firm.
