Charlie's career began in the Banking and Finance sector in 2003, where he progressed from a settlement clerk to a Senior Associate at a prominent panel law firm. With an impressive 20-year career, Charlie has adeptly led national teams and cultivated significant client and third-party relationships. His professional concentration has consistently encompassed operations management, risk management, and corporate governance. Notably recognised for his capacity to deploy innovative digital solutions, Charlie has played a pivotal role in the introduction of automated loan documentation and the integration of workflows with third-party platforms. Since his commencement with James and the One Law team in 2023, Charlie has been unwavering in his commitment to upholding the firm's values and vision. In his role as Legal Operations Manager, he is focused on process optimisation, implementing best practices, and using data strategically to enhance operational efficacy.
