Kirk Walker

Kirk Walker is the esteemed founding partner and director of Olympus Lawyers, which has been providing legal services since its inception in July 2019. Kirk's legal journey began at Flinders University in South Australia, where he earned his Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice. He was admitted to practise as a solicitor and barrister in the Supreme Court of South Australia on 14 February 2014. In late 2014, drawn by his strong family connections to the region, Kirk relocated to Victoria. Over the past decade, he has been diligently serving the Victorian community as a solicitor. His extensive experience spans more than 10 years, during which he has honed his skills to adeptly handle a variety of legal issues. Kirk is well-versed in representing clients in family law cases, family violence matters, criminal defence, and civil as well as commercial disputes. His approach is always client-focused, aiming to secure the best possible results while being mindful of cost-effectiveness. In addition to his legal acumen, Kirk has augmented his expertise with a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, further enhancing his capability to address complex legal and business-related issues.
