Edyta Zurawski

Edyta Zurawski is a Director with extensive experience in family law, committed to guiding clients through the often complex and emotionally challenging circumstances of separation. With over ten years of practice, Edyta approaches each matter with empathy, diligence and a focus on achieving outcomes tailored to the unique needs of her clients and their families. Edyta places great emphasis on resolving issues without resorting to court wherever possible, appreciating the emotional and financial toll that prolonged litigation can impose. When court proceedings become necessary, she provides steady and experienced advocacy in both parenting and property matters, offering clients reassurance throughout the process. Recognised by her peers for her competence in family law, Edyta obtained Accreditation as a Specialist in Family Law in 2013 through the Law Society of NSW. She is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer and regularly works in partnership with financial experts and child specialists to secure the best possible solutions for her clients. Edyta is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Besides her focus on family law, she has broad experience in general legal practice, including estate planning and civil litigation matters at the Supreme Court level. This diverse background allows her to provide comprehensive advice and to consider innovative approaches to legal challenges. Outside of her legal career, Edyta enjoys colour, shoes and gardening. Known for her kindness and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, she has an aversion to coffee but prefers tea, often enjoying a soy chai latte during the workday. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with Honours, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, accreditation as a Family Law specialist, and collaborative lawyer training. Edyta is an active member of the NSW Law Society.
