Sally Radford

Sally Radford serves as the Principal at O'Hearn Lawyers, where she leads with extensive expertise in various domains including bankruptcy, business, consumer, corporate, labour and employment, and startup law. Since April 2023, she has guided the firm with a strategic approach honed over years of experience in the legal landscape. Prior to her current role, Sally was the Principal at Foursquare Legal for nearly three years, and before that, she helped steer Newcastle Costs Lawyers for over five years. Her leadership abilities have been evident throughout her extensive legal career, beginning with her role at O'Hearn Lawyers between July 2012 and July 2014, followed by early foundational years at Aubrey Brown Partners from 2005 to 2010. Sally's academic credentials are underpinned by her Master of Laws in Commercial Litigation from The College of Law Australia, completed in early 2023. Her legal and business acumen was first developed at the University of Newcastle, where she earned her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws with Honours. Sally's educational journey also included studies at the Queensland University of Technology, further solidifying her comprehensive understanding of the legal field.
