Ben O'Hearn

Ben O'Hearn serves as the Principal at O'Hearn Lawyers, where he brings extensive experience in commercial and business law, insolvency, and civil litigation. He commenced his journey with the firm in 1997 and ascended to the role of partner in 2007, showcasing his dedication and leadership. Ben's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University. His credentials were further strengthened in 2005 when he was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and joined the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
