Marie Odtojan, Principal Lawyer at Odtojan Bryl Lawyers, brings over 14 years of rich experience to her practice, covering areas such as family law, property litigation, wills and estates, and credit laws. A graduate of the University of Law, Marie has been recognised for her innovative legal strategies that have earned her several awards. Her academic journey includes further studies at Harvard University, emphasising contract law and credit laws, along with a Masters of Law from the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on family law and dispute resolution, and corporate and commercial law. Marie’s legal career commenced at Odtojan & Associates Pty Ltd before she founded Odtojan Bryl Lawyers in 2013, where she continues to lead as the Principal Lawyer. Her extensive work across multiple jurisdictions provides her clients with a profound level of expertise and understanding. Notably, since 2016, Marie has dedicated significant efforts to challenging the practices of Credit Corp, an ASX-listed company, regarding circumventions of Australian credit laws. Her persistent advocacy involves reporting to the NSW OLSC/PSD and addressing alleged misuse of the legal system by Credit Corp and its associated legal firms.
