Bob Warren

Bob Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. He began his legal career with Allen Allen and Hemsley, a highly regarded Australian law firm, where he received comprehensive training. Over the course of 40 years, Bob established and led a large law practice as founder, senior partner and director. Following this, he spent time practising as a senior consultant, focusing on estate law, estate litigation and administration of estates. In 2016, Bob took on the role of principal solicitor at O’Brien Connors & Kennett, a well-established and respected firm. He brings to this position extensive expertise in commercial litigation, estate law and litigation, along with considerable skill in negotiation and dispute resolution. Bob has been involved in numerous significant cases, including the notable and precedent-setting Whitaker v Federal Commissioner of Taxation 98 ATC 4285. His wide-ranging experience includes handling matters in estate litigation, commercial litigation and other civil disputes. As head of a team of dedicated lawyers at O’Brien Connors & Kennett, Bob supports colleagues working across areas such as estate law and litigation, property law, commercial litigation, family law, wills and estate planning. Outside of his professional commitments, Bob enjoys boating, bushwalking and classical music, as well as exploring his interest in physics.
