Miriam Jerman

Miriam Jerman is a solicitor with extensive experience in Wills and Estates and general commercial law. Since her admission to practice, she has assisted clients with a range of matters including estate planning, drafting wills, applications for probate and letters of administration, resolving estate disputes, as well as commercial transactions such as the purchase and sale of businesses. Prior to entering the legal profession, Miriam gained valuable experience in bookkeeping and office management roles supporting small businesses. This background, combined with her Bachelor of Commerce and legal qualifications, contributes to her strong organisational skills and practical approach to problem-solving. Miriam is dedicated to delivering a positive client experience, bringing a friendly and approachable manner alongside a commitment to client satisfaction and ongoing professional development. Outside of her legal work, Miriam enjoys practising pilates and spending time with her dog, Lottie, who occasionally visits the office. She is also passionate about exploring Northcote’s vibrant café and restaurant scene and planning her next holiday.
