Nick Xenophon

Nick Xenophon is the principal solicitor and founder of Nick Xenophon & Co Lawyers, established in 1984. He graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Law in 1982 and commenced his legal career that year. Nick founded his practice with a focus on assisting South Australians who have suffered injuries through motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, or public liability incidents. His firm operates under the guiding principle that everyone is entitled to fair justice. Nick's legal career has been complemented by significant public service; he was an independent member of the South Australian Legislative Council from 1997 to 2007 and served as a Senator for South Australia in the Federal Parliament between 2008 and 2017. In 2018, he returned to his legal practice and continues to lead Nick Xenophon & Co Lawyers, bringing his extensive experience and commitment to client advocacy to the firm’s personal injury matters.
