Jordyn Malone

Jordyn joined Nicholes Family Lawyers in April 2023, bringing with her several years of experience practising exclusively in family law since her admission. She has developed expertise in a broad range of family law matters, including child recovery and relocation issues both within Australia and internationally, complex parenting disputes that involve significant risk factors, matters involving substantial asset pools, binding financial agreements, divorce proceedings, and intervention order applications. Jordyn is committed to advocating firmly on behalf of her clients and regularly represents them at court hearings and other proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She understands that many clients are engaging with the family law system for the first time and may be unfamiliar with the legal process. Accordingly, Jordyn provides clear and practical advice designed to assist clients in achieving the best possible outcomes efficiently and cost-effectively. Jordyn holds a double degree in Laws (with Honours) and Commerce (with Distinction) from Deakin University, where she majored in Human Resource Management. She also completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law in 2019. Outside of her professional commitments, Jordyn enjoys supporting the Richmond Tigers at the MCG, travelling, and spending time with her family’s labradoodle, Kevin.
