Catherine Giles

Catherine joined Nicholes in September 2017 after relocating to Melbourne from Darwin, Northern Territory. She brings experience in family and criminal law, as well as matters relating to Intervention Orders. Before entering private practice in 2013, Catherine spent 12 months working as an Associate to a Supreme Court Justice, following her graduation from Flinders University in South Australia. She is committed to helping clients resolve their disputes, prioritising negotiated outcomes while also having extensive experience in litigation when required. Catherine is dedicated to supporting members of the community in accessing legal advice, with a focus on all aspects of family law, including complex property settlements, parenting issues and child support matters.
