Camilla Kaufman

Camilla joined Nicholes Family Lawyers as a Law Clerk in August 2023 and progressed to a Law Graduate position in February 2024. She was appointed as an Associate with the firm on 19 November 2024. Camilla completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology with a minor in Human Rights, at Monash University in late 2023. During her studies, she gained valuable experience through volunteering with Legal Action for Afghanistan, a clinical placement at the Coroner’s Court of Victoria, and professional practice at a community legal centre where she assisted with family law matters. In mid-2023, Camilla also broadened her legal and cultural perspectives by studying at the Monash University Prato Centre in Italy. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law in September 2024 and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Australia in November 2024. Camilla is particularly committed to family law, with a keen interest in relocation cases, parenting matters involving significant risk factors, and property disputes. Outside of her legal career, Camilla enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her labradoodle, Teddy.
