Nick Terziovski

Nick is the Director and Principal Lawyer at Nicholas James Lawyers and a Director at Viridi Innovations. With a legal career launched from Monash University in 2001, he has accumulated extensive experience in litigation, commercial, property, and family law. His initial practice at a boutique city firm provided a robust foundation, which he advanced at a prominent national firm, honing his skills in property, finance, and commercial law. Nick has represented leading property development and financial institutions and acted as a Barrister in diverse commercial disputes across numerous courts, including the Federal and Supreme Courts. Beyond commercial advisory, Nick maintains a significant practice in the Family Court and Children’s Court, focusing on children's issues and matrimonial property disputes. As a founding Director of Viridi Innovations, he merges legal expertise with business acumen, facilitating global commercialisation of waste processing technology for the wine industry. Nick is actively involved with professional bodies such as the Urban Development Institute of Australia's Outlook Committee, the Property Council of Australia, and the Law Institute of Victoria, underscoring his commitment to advancing the property and legal sectors. Balancing professional commitments, he enjoys football, regular gym visits, and golf.
