Nick Birbas

Nick Birbas has been practising as a solicitor since 1998, bringing extensive experience in business law to his clients. He has developed a strong reputation for advising businesses in the medical and allied health sectors, particularly in complex commercial transactions and structuring. Nick’s expertise supports a broad range of practice needs, ensuring clients receive practical and effective legal solutions. In addition to his legal work, Nick contributes to the profession by serving on the NSW Law Society Specialist Accreditation Business Law Committee.
