David Newhouse

David brings over 21 years of experience to his legal practice, with a strong background in commercial and environmental law. He spent four years as a barrister at Wentworth/Selbourne Chambers, focusing on commercial matters and cases before the Land and Environment Court. Holding a Master of Laws, David has developed significant expertise in business law, franchise law, and resumption law, where he is recognised as a leading practitioner in New South Wales. In addition to his work in these areas, David is a registered public notary. He is also committed to legal education, regularly sharing his knowledge as a guest lecturer at Macquarie University. Outside the legal arena, David enjoys maintaining his fitness through running.
