Justice Panapa

Justice Panapa is a Senior Associate at Navado Lawyers with over one year of experience as a Solicitor following her admission. She supports the Practice Director and Senior Associate, contributing to a broad range of legal matters across general practice. Her primary focus has been family law, complemented by experience in criminal law, migration law, as well as commercial and property law. Throughout her career, Justice has worked on a variety of complex legal issues including parenting and property disputes, apprehended domestic violence orders (ADVOs), partner visa applications, and commercial matters such as contract reviews and lease agreements. Prior to her admission, Justice gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk in a small law firm, assisting the Principal Solicitor on diverse cases and developing a strong foundation in multiple areas of law. Justice has been involved in all stages of family law proceedings, from preparing initiating applications to assisting senior lawyers in the lead-up to final hearings. She has also briefed Counsel on complex family law matters and represented clients at court mentions in both family law and criminal cases within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA). A graduate of Wollongong University, Justice completed a double degree in Law and Arts in 2021. She maintains a keen interest in family and criminal law, enjoying the diversity of her general legal practice and the opportunity to support clients through varied legal challenges.
