Dominic Nash is a Partner based in the Tuggerah office, bringing over three decades of legal experience to his diverse range of practice areas. Having joined the firm as a law clerk more than 30 years ago and becoming a partner in 2002, Dominic combines extensive knowledge with a practical approach to achieve effective outcomes for his clients. Dominic’s expertise covers a broad spectrum of legal services including wills and estate planning, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship, residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, business sales and acquisitions, as well as a variety of litigation matters such as commercial disputes, debt recovery, family law, binding financial and cohabitation agreements, criminal and traffic law, civil litigation, personal injury and compensation, intellectual property, administrative and licensing law, workers compensation, building disputes, and administration of deceased estates. His approach is characterised by pragmatism and thoroughness, ensuring client needs are met within their budget and circumstances. Dominic is known for his strategic thinking and ability to provide clear guidance, whether assisting clients in property transactions, estate planning, establishing family trusts, managing injury claims, or representing businesses in court. In family law, Dominic offers professional and discreet advice on sensitive matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal maintenance, and intervention orders. He understands the complexities and emotional challenges involved and applies his comprehensive knowledge of family law and the Family Court system to support local clients through these difficult times. Dominic is actively involved with the NSW Law Society, Central Coast Law Society, and Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association. Outside the legal profession, he contributes to the community through his role with Surf Life Saving Australia, leading the ‘Nippers’ Surf Education Program at Catherine Hill Bay Surf Club. When not balancing his professional commitments with family life, Dominic enjoys mountain biking, rugby, cricket, and playing the piano.
