Jayden Payne is a lawyer with five years of post-admission experience, recently relocating to the South Coast from Canberra. He brings a broad background from both public and private practice to Narooma Law, where he provides clear and effective legal solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Jayden adopts a practical approach to his work, assisting individuals and businesses across the local community and wider region to confidently navigate their legal matters. Jayden holds a current New South Wales practising certificate and has managed a diverse range of cases, including multi-million dollar personal injury claims and defences in high-profile criminal prosecutions. His experience spans criminal law and general practice, with a notable role as an Attorney-General’s lawyer advising and representing the Australian Government on international human rights law issues. A committed advocate, Jayden values his role in the courtroom and is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of criminal law. He is a member of the New South Wales and Regional Law Societies and actively pursues ongoing professional development. Jayden is expanding his experience in conveyancing, property law, family law, wills and estates, and commercial matters.
