Nakil Prasad

Nakil Navinesh Prasad is a Principal Solicitor with over 19 years of legal experience. He holds a Master of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Laws. Nakil is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Australia, and the High Court of Fiji. Nakil has dedicated more than 13 years to practising Family Law in New South Wales, specialising in both property and parenting matters. Prior to this, he spent six years as a Senior Legal Officer with the Attorney-General’s Chambers in Fiji.
