Michael Waters

Michael Waters holds a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University (1996) and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Queensland University of Technology (2001). He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2002 and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. Michael has further enhanced his expertise by graduating from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (G.A.I.C.D). Based in Bundaberg as a Principal and Director, he frequently delivers presentations and leads seminars across Queensland and Australia on matters relating to employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety.
