Grant is a seasoned legal practitioner with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and advisory services. Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, Grant has honed his expertise advising high net worth individuals and both listed and private entities across diverse sectors, including Information Technology, Automation and Robotics, Biotechnology, Resources, Energy, and Construction. Since assuming the role of Managing Director at MPH in 2000, Grant has consistently been at the helm of navigating complex commercial disputes, engaging in strategic contract negotiations, and managing risk. His proficiency encompasses comprehensive advisory on large-scale ICT contracts, construction agreements, as well as mining and gas contracts. His adeptness extends further into dealings with state governments concerning probity regimes and tender or contract negotiations, as well as multinational collaborations. Grant's advisory repertoire includes guiding public and private businesses, alongside their directors, through the intricacies of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. His acumen also benefits family offices within the private investment domain.
